Bug with Tech Surcharge on LM folder with Smart Housing Waiver

Acceptance Criteria

• In LM folders with Smart Housing Waiver, system seems to still be adding both DSD Tech surcharge and TPW Tech surcharge but only canceling DSD Surcharge. Please see screenshot in the comments.
• System should not add DSD tech surcharge on any LM Folders but should only insert TPW tech surcharge.
• System should cancel TPW tech surcharge along with other folder fees if Smart housing waiver is applied.
• When canceling TPW tech surcharge, system should also add a comment in the Notes column stating 'Smart Housing Waiver @ X%' as shown in screenshot below. This seems to work for DSD surcharge but not TPW.

Smart Housing is causing fee bugs

1. The system inserted the DSD Tech Surcharge (should only be TPW surcharge)
2. The system should have adjusted the TPW Tech Surcharge by 100%

Describe the problem.

I am attempting to issue out an invoice for a new easement release application, reference # 2024-074291 LM. This is part of the SMART Housing Program with 100% Fee Waiver. Please see the attached screenshot. My department is with TPW and used to be with DSD, and the AMANDA system is automatically charging the applicant a Technology Surcharge for both DSD and TPW. The TPW Tech Surcharge should be the only one listed. Please assist in removing the DSD Tech Surcharge on this file and for all future files.

The issue is the system isn't waiving the tech surcharge with smart housing.

Acceptance Criteria: Smart Housing Waiver - Fee Adjustment Automation

Goal: When the Smart Housing waiver is approved and set to 100%, the system should automate fee adjustments as outlined below to eliminate the need for manual intervention.

Criteria: Technology Surcharge Inclusion:

Only include the TPW Technology Surcharge in the invoice. Exclude the DSD Technology Surcharge from the invoice.

Fee Waivers Application:

Automatically waive all applicable fees by applying a corresponding negative fee entry for each fee type in the folder.

Invoice Display Requirements:

Ensure that the invoice displays all original fees along with a clear line item for each waived fee. Reference Information:

Refer to the attached screenshot for a detailed example of the expected invoice layout and fee adjustment logic.

Background:

This issue currently affects the Production environment. Users must perform additional manual steps to adjust fees prior to invoice generation. A timely resolution is requested to reduce manual processing and improve efficiency.
