What's the problem?

User needs to get access to the printers in the system.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Need to fix the issue. Have reached out to user through teams and requested to give a call and share the screen once the user has availability. If not mentioned that we can come and assist physically but no response from the user.

Need to reach out back sometime whenever user is available.

Checked for the user at the desk, and once she is back will make sure to reach out, check on availability and fix it.

Contacted user via teams and user said that she wanted to get the printers added whenever she is back to office back again next week. Forwarding to @Craigjacobs-ATX can you look over this with the user next week when you are here.
