I am requesting to update the Split Policy from Default to Duplicate for all fields in the ATD Urban Trails layer in MAINT that have an assigned domain.

[ ] D_PW_AGENCY_TYPE
[x] D_PW_CONSTRUCTION_MANAGER

Meeting on 7/2 to discuss potential solutions/workarounds:

Conflict with using pw owned domain in atd dataset (may not be issue since some worked)
Rebuild domains under ATD Ownership and replace in feature class
