Describe the problem.

This is a follow up request related to the EAZ Update meeting on 6/17 between DTS (Charlie/Andrew/Amenity), SDD, and IDEA committee members. An action item from that meeting was to pull new data for the EAZs with the latest ACS data (2022?) for comparison with the original EAZ map. We discussed the difficulty of comparing changes over time since the census tract boundaries may change, but I found some techniques detailed here that might help if we decide we want to go that route: https://walker-data.com/census-r/spatial-analysis-with-us-census-data.html#small-area-time-series-analysis I'm also happy to help with the analysis once we have the new data.
