"Review Required" = activity for 311 feedback
DTS is working with Patrick at 311 to update the outcome codes so that there's not duplicate activities for "Closed Service Request - Resolved" (one from Knack + an automatically applied one from 311)
Match up the fields - this activity description is connected to this field that we see on the activities report - include additional fields the public is not seeing and highlight to Jim: this is everything being inputted into 311, and this is what makes its way to the public
