Description

The Apps Team will hold its annual retreat on Friday, October 11.

We intend to focus on celebrating the year's achievements, reviewing major projects, and planning for 2025. We'll discuss adopting new standards, explore innovative tools and workflows, and outline our strategic plans for the coming year. This retreat will serve as a platform for team building, reflection, and collaborative planning to align our efforts and set the course for future success.

Went through the agenda and started amending the sections to be more specific. Also started thinking about who could facilitate specific sections. We still haven't chosen a date, but we're looking into sending out a poll to get an understanding of everyone's availability.

We need to schedule the next Retreat, get good data so we can do a quarterly check in, and work on keeping a yearly overview.
