Assist User Tyler S. with Maximo Duplication Issue #18275

Describe the problem.

I am recently unable to duplicate an asset without the rotating asset transferring, which results in all of the specifications needing to the re-entered after I select the appropriate asset. This is the first time I've attempted to duplicate an asset since the addition a new rotating asset that Adrianna assisted with last month. I believe there was a change that was inadvertently saved when the previous request was worked.

Got with CTM (Erin) to discuss the issues occurring and possible solutions. They are aware of the issue and have found that it's a bug that is causing the issue. They have plans to push a fix that should resolve this issue in one week. Sent email to Tyler of the fix.

Updates from CTM I am requesting the deployment to prod from IBM. We recently found out our tickets were not routing properly and getting assigned to Australia so I had to get that worked out. I will update you when it is scheduled -Workaround: They should be able to duplicate in PROD they just will have to add the rotating item number to the asset after duplication.
