Sidewalk to CONC Work Order Process Notes

Austin - help brad and rehab renew sidewalks Justin - led, respponsbile for assigning work to sidewalk Brad - concrete repair sbo

This meeting would be to discuss the current process for assigning work orders to Concrete and Repair Construction group in MAXIMO.

in maximo 24-173930 find in the beginning of th year assign to brad to put in maximo once they have been scoped. report used: concrete crews unit 8000

one workorder per project (all the work and labor in the workorder) sometimes last 1 - 2 months a piece. 24-173937 - all work in one work order. materials actuals used to determine what is being done in a day.

Are any CONC related work orders? How are they uploaded? manually? can i see the orignal source of the work order creation? wjat status is used for scoped, hold,etc? maximo not used to communicate, only to track performance measures. status not used or referenced. if communication is needed we email or call. maximo wo not assigned until it has been scoped. 1NEWstatus,SBO, after scoped in field. Assigned? verbally communicated. SBOCONC Created prior going to work? SW Rehab FY24, General location (typically title) . 3NPR when supervisors start working on. could we break these up by asset or service prior to submission? do the material actuals have matching spec referenences? are the material actuals standard across all types of work order assets type? (curb ramp, concrete, curb/gutter, sidewalk==look at the unit 8000 areas) are all service areas completed at the same time when on the same work order? do they all have different sla for completion? typically done in order on the street regardless of the service. are the work orders showing multiple locations? YES in the memo field for the materials in actuals.
when creating the work order using just one location of the work order. do the assets really exist, thye are not attached to the work order brad does not service all sidewalks has 3 crews, there are 27 crews.

eta 3 months for completions. CG - curb gutter DW - driveway RAMP - curb () - the length x wide

Brad does not use maximo take the red dots and schedule them, word calendar used by dave anderson -using the shared schedule. does not have access to the schedule, looking for the link scheduling is done on a daily bases, requested calendar to view. there are seperate calendars for each crew? there are non performance things could happen, currently not tracked. addresses in the calendar is the physical address they are based at. how to assign material on a large project? not because they are not assigned to assets, they are assigned to addresses. ==== we do not have assets for curb/gutter, follow up with GIS.

what and where is the schedule? what changes the target? is it tracked? other tools to communicate other grops? site viists and teams visit.

Addresses/IDs address: uses the actual address, when stretches will use both address: there are no postal addresses for the plan (savorey at [service address]) service address: 4705 quicksilver projects: scoped by sidewalks and concrete asset id: not able?

Tracking how do you track what gets added or removed when its not from sidewalks?

curbs/ramps/gutter: no sidewalk, some yes and no.

attempted: problems had

plan: gis anaylsis to enter in, but not happened yet. would use 4comp to have gis assigned.

what is needed gis? no gis data. TO DO: get wiht Gis to see what is needed.

feedback: be sure we are using the right system fro the process.

where in maximo to find work orders

how do we tag which materials are used on which services/assets? do we need at that level?

for example: ITEM:SBO1122, Description: Concrete, Mesh/Light Reinforcement, Volumetric CUYD; which service and asset did it support? (curb gutter)

currently pulls by day if on the same day count to that asset.

these are not in gis yet

UER24 some goes to SBOCON UER is smaller geo spaced UER24 working this week.

8/28/24 Stakeholder Discussion

Sidewalk data that would potential connect or assoicate to maximo workorder.

geo spatial and maximo team to get a solution

ArcGIS webpage to show where the team has finished there work. Similiar to what we have aleady for SMD, we have been using street segments but we could possiblity use the sidewalk segments.

put in a request regarding the gis deliverable.

GOALS:

where work is finished. sidewalk assets in maximo. (gis q/a loop) pull up assets

PROCESS (schedule/account for activities daily)

questions: background of 1 vs many work orders on project? answer: attempting to capture all of work on the project, across assets.

questions: how should the projects/child be set up? who should decide on the framework? Example: Project>phase>assetgroups; project>
