Previous conversations to have homeless encampment in MAXIMO, however their has been a KNACK solution introduced.

Plan to get with Robert and Lisa to understand what is needed, how Knack plays a part, and how MAXIMO is intended or objective to use.

Questions to Answer:

[x] we could usely get them a neww flex field 2 for the homeless team.
[x] what is the team name?
[x] underpass cleanup as sr type? noticed there may not be any 311 sr types that communicate this service need on the mobile side.

The MVP was identified at minute 54 of this meeting.

I don't understand the identified solution enough to capture it in writing. Rebekka or Diana will be able to add a comment with those details.
Timeline is ASAP because the performance measure reporting is wrong and reflects poorly on OCE.

Preferably the solution is delivered by 10/1 so OCE can start FY25 with clean data.

Problem/Need: OCE needs a better way to report on the types of work they are doing, and be able to know when a row concerns is assigned to the homeless encampment group.
The specific workgroup doing the encampment inspections is called "ROW Investigations??", and they use Maximo to manage their other types of work orders. Robert said he prefers Knack and would like to see all of their work moved over to the OCE Portal.
Need: Divisions have been reorganized and multiple workgroups may need to be reorganized in Maximo. This request only applies to OCE needs; @rebekkabry this will be an outstanding need for Maximo. Just FYI.
Need: To separate 'Pavement...' from their work, especially for performance reporting.
- The pavement group doesn't need to change anything. They like their maximo configuration.
The specific report that is reflecting poorly on OCE is Overdue Service Requests Raw Data Report. SBO - Obstruction in ROW
SBO-ING is correct group classification for OCE, per Diana
Diana recommends updating the Service Request Type to meet this business need.
Diana & Rebekka reviewed the Maximo form fields and reports with OCE to learn how OCE is using the system and how that relates to this request.
