Implementation of TPW's FY25 fee schedule updates for fees maintained in the AMANDA System

Background

As part of the city's yearly budgeting process, TPW must update our fees in the AMANDA system to align with the budget for FY25.

Scope & Deliverables

In Scope:

• Discovery sessions with ROW, OSE, LDE, TDS
• Intensive fee and technical criteria documentation
• Development to create new fees and automation, to remove existing fees with existing automation, and to update existing fees.

Out of Scope:

• Fees on the fee schedule that are not, or should not be maintained in AMANDA are out of scope.
• Any non-AMANDA solutions are also out of scope.

Desired Outcomes

• Inactivated fees are disabled
• New fees and automation are built, tested, and released
• Data about existing fees are updated such as funding codes and fee amounts

Timebox

All changes to fees must and will be implemented by September 30th, 2024 and go Live on October 01, 2024.
