This is related to 311/SRs needs to dispatch when receive calls for homeless emcampment. This is outside of the typical homeless emcampment process and tool created by Apps. We are exploring start center solutions to assist with dispatching and locating related tickets.

Preferably the solution is delivered by 10/1 so OCE can start FY25 with clean data.

We discussed several pain points, but their main issue was they are not able to get sufficient reports to be able to pull out performance metrics they wish to share with their leadership team.
Currently, they say that the SBO-IMG
work group in Maximo doesn't easily differentiate between the OCE groups.

Could you please contact MAXIMO to inquire if they can create a bucket where the District can forward any work orders they respond to that turn out to be homeless encampments? This will allow me to investigate them and ensure they are directed to the appropriate channels for further action.
Lisa G. has additional details, but it sounds like the issue is that when Districts works something and discovers it's an encampment they are unable to easily send it back to our team for investigation on our end.
