What's the problem?

[X]Check Inventory DTS and add Windows version [If the machine is not in inventory add it]

[X]Check Intune [If the user is not assigned to the computer, add the user]

What did you do to resolve the issue

Tried reaching the user but he is currently Out of office.

Still waiting on user to provide us availability to get the win 11 updated

Checked with user laptop and the user got a manual update done sometime a week before, and his system has been up to date on win 11.
