• from eCareer download spreadsheet of all applicants is this a manual download is there a trigger when it's time to download applicant list (after posting closing date?)
• Using some information from eCareer build out Hiring Package Posting Analysis Form info copied from eCareer - How would we get this info from eCareer to Knack Job Description Job Title Pay Scale Candidate Screening Matrix HR will vet for meet min quals, COA (Dept), Non COA, Vet Y/N email from HR to HM ( is there a timeframe for HM to return the form?) email from HM to HR with selection for applicates to interview
  Min & Preferred Qualifications - copied from eCareer used later in the interview process Interview Schedule Interview Guide From eCareer download candidate resources (application, cover letter, resume...)

For my own understanding I created some data boxes to reference where data was coming from in the beginning of the workflow.

Did some discovery work to see if we're able to auto-generate an interview when a user creates a Milestone for "INTERVIEW - Schedule Date".

• [x] Made updates in Test "TEST | 22 MAR 2024 | TPW Hire"
• [x] On pcn_date_tracking table, created connection with interview_management
• [x] Add Record Rule on "Add Milestone Notes" to create new "interview" record
• Can confirm that it does work, did three attempts in the Test environment

When we talk to HR on Monday, we can show them this function and get their confirmation they want this in the Production Environment.

After much discussion during the Sprint Review stakeholders want to see the entire interview process automated not just the Interview itself. Using their existing excel spreadsheet we will work on automating the pre interview workflow first.

8/26/24 HR approved of the auto-generating an interview when a user creates a Milestone for "INTERVIEW - Schedule Date".

We will continue building out the Interview Packet process in other issues.
