Andrew in Smart Mobility here. There’s a new name and app for the city’s bike share and so we need to make a few changes to the web form we use to give city employees their free annual pass. I am reaching out before I submit my DTS request to confirm the following is possible:
• Edit page header (not URL) of https://atd.knack.com/smart-mobility#bike-benefit/ to read “Welcome to the CapMetro Bikeshare Benefit Program”
• Edit body of email that is sent to user when an admin assigns a promotional code to an employee (This email needs to refer the new name (CapMetro Bikeshare), new app, and new instructions for redeeming the promotional code). I would like to review the new email body copy.
• Upload new promotional codes to Knack
• Test form is working and user receives new promo code when I assign one from the admin side.
COA employees can use form to request a promotional code to CapMetro Bikeshare. SMO/TDM team admin will be able to receive request via email and use admin side of knack to assign a promo code.
