Describe the problem.

Andrew in Smart Mobility here. There’s a new name and app for the city’s bike share and so we need to make a few changes to the web form we use to give city employees their free annual pass. I am reaching out before I submit my DTS request to confirm the following is possible:

• Edit page header (not URL) of https://atd.knack.com/smart-mobility#bike-benefit/ to read “Welcome to the CapMetro Bikeshare Benefit Program”

• Edit body of email that is sent to user when an admin assigns a promotional code to an employee (This email needs to refer the new name (CapMetro Bikeshare), new app, and new instructions for redeeming the promotional code). I would like to review the new email body copy.

• Upload new promotional codes to Knack

• Test form is working and user receives new promo code when I assign one from the admin side.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

COA employees can use form to request a promotional code to CapMetro Bikeshare. SMO/TDM team admin will be able to receive request via email and use admin side of knack to assign a promo code.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Description

Andrew from the Smart Mobility team has requested several updates to the web form used to provide city employees with their free annual pass for the newly named CapMetro Bikeshare program. The specific changes requested are as follows:

• [x] 1. Edit Page Header

  • Update the page header (not URL) of the following link: https://atd.knack.com/smart-mobility#bike-benefit/
  • New header text: "Welcome to the CapMetro Bikeshare Benefit Program"

• [x] 2. Edit Email Body

  • Modify the content of the email sent to users when an admin assigns a promotional code.
  • The email should refer to the new name (CapMetro Bikeshare), mention the new app, and include new instructions for redeeming the promotional code.
  • Andrew would like to review the new email body copy before finalizing.

• [x] 3. Upload New Promotional Codes

  • Add the new promotional codes to Knack. See attachment in main description.
  • Delete all the old promotional codes from the backend since the old bike share system is no longer in use.

4. Test Functionality
   • Ensure the form is functioning correctly.
   • Verify that users receive the new promo code when it is assigned from the admin side.

Acceptance Criteria

• City of Austin (COA) employees should be able to use the form to request a promotional code for the CapMetro Bikeshare program.
• The Smart Mobility Office/Transportation Demand Management (SMO/TDM) team admin should be able to receive requests via email and use the admin side of Knack to assign a promo code.

• He's sent us New codes, but does he want us to the old ones available as well or should we clear them out?
• What is the email language for new instructions?
