- Review request.
- Determined that more discovery is needed to understand how IMG OCE ROW is currently tagging work orders, that we may better bulld a report or query that capture their true work order handling.
- Sent a invite for further conversation week of 10/22
- Sent new 1NEW work orders found that could be associated to IMG OCE ROW for investigation prior to Maximo handling completion

Maximo
We currently have limited workgroups and it is causing issues when running reports for our team. I need to get our work group created for OCE_ROW and then add different classifications so we can get clear reporting for what we have done and need to do. We are not currently able to input the work correctly and are making reports for other workgroups look off as well.
We need to better understand the workload for our team and be able to provide data on what is done, how long it takes, etc.
Currently, our customer service team is having to go through each work order individually to try to gather the data we need.
