We need to create comprehensive help guides for the Vehicle Reservation app to assist users in effectively utilizing its features. The guides should cover the following topics:

1. Overview

• A general introduction to the Vehicle Reservation app
• Key features and functionalities
• User roles and permissions

2. Submitting a Pre and Post Check for the Vehicles

• Step-by-step instructions on how to submit a pre-check for a vehicle
• Detailed guide on completing a post-check after using a vehicle
• Common issues and troubleshooting tips

3. Adding Another Vehicle to the Manage Vehicles Page

• Instructions on how to add a new vehicle to the "Manage Vehicles" page
• Requirements and necessary information for adding a vehicle
• Managing and updating vehicle information

Requirements

• Clear and concise writing style
• Screenshots and visual aids to enhance understanding
• Step-by-step instructions for each topic
• A FAQ section for each guide to address common questions
• Consistent formatting and layout across all guides

Deliverables

• A Gitbook based web-based guide for each of the three topics
