Add LandManagement2@austintexas.gov to CC on LM doc tab (SS)

Please add "LandManagement2@austintexas.gov" to the CC list for all document emails sent from LM folder with subtype License Agreements. If they send any document from the document tab, the CC list should auto populated with "LandManagement2@austintexas.gov" email address.

Describe the problem.

To follow up to previous "Issue #15760," I remember talking to Vish about a work around to the above issue, by adding a feature to the Document Tab that would automatically add LandManagement2@austintexas.gov to the cc line when reviewers are emailing documents out to applicants, in all License Agreement files within the LM folder. This is what I would like to circle back to with this ticket. Thank you!

@vschandramouli Just a note on the subject of this ticket please update it from LA to LM. @rajeshlaunch As I spoke to you, having a identified list of documents (for LM-License Agreement) would help to work, as there are many documents and we need to do the change for all those, otherwise. Acceptance Criteria

• Identify 63 documents in the document tab where the file name starts with the "LM" prefix. These documents will be linked to this functionality.
• For documents in the "LM" folder and with the subtype "License Agreements," automatically add "LandManagement2@austintexas.gov" as a CC email address when the user sends an email.
• For documents with other subtypes, ensure the CC field remains empty unless explicitly defined.
• Ensure the CC logic is implemented using a case statement that assigns "LandManagement2@austintexas.gov" only for the subtype "License Agreements" and leaves it empty for others.
• Apply the email template to all 63 documents in scope.

Hi @rajeshlaunch and @SubhaShroff This ticket is In Progress however it looks to still be in scoping. Can you please clarify if the development has started, or if the AC is still being reviewed?

Per Vish, this is in development however Raj needs to make an update to the AC.
