Project intake reviews to consider multiple review cycles

Ivonne and Erin showed me how they would like to see the review cycles occur because there are multiple phases of reviews that happen in many projects.

Identified these project review types:

• Scope
• Project Budget
• Notice to Proceed

And these project review sub-types:

• Initial Scope
• Final Scope
• Scope Change
• Initial Cost Estimate
• Revised Cost Estimate
• Final Cost Estimate
• Partner Financial Agreement

Would like to select the reviewers required anytime they are adding a new review.

• Added Review -Type multiple choice field to project_request object with the types provided
• Added Review -Type multiple choice field to project_reviews object with the types provided
• Added Review Sub-Type multiple choice field to project_request object with the types provided
• Added Review Sub-Type multiple choice field to project_reviews object with the types provided
• Created new Add Project Reviews page and added record rules to insert the reviews PMT activities
• Tested the creation of the review records and it worked perfectly. They are able to submit the form multiple times, the only downside is that the type, subtype, and reviewers will be checked off reflecting what was previously selected. I showed Ivonne the prototype when she had asked me about this change and she really liked the functionality of this form.
