Urban Forestry Transfer Discussion

With coming updates to the TPW structure, Urban Forestry will no longer be a part of the Street and Bridge Operations division. A discussion will need to occur with the following stakeholders to determine the following:

• Current Process and coming changes
• Flex Field 2 -> CSR_Feedback communication structure
• Possible slowdowns in responses due to communication changes??
• Does Urban Forestry have foundations built for receiving information via CSR_Feedback?
• Will the current processes be maintained or changed?
