Create 4 new work types on LM-License Agreement

Describe the problem.

TPW - Land Development Engineering is in process of taking over work from AE to include with our current License Agreement process.

We currently do not have Work Types for License Agreements and with some of AE's work it would greatly benefit us have Work Types for License Agreements.

Describe the solution you have in mind. License Agreement Work Types should be: Streetscape Tower Crane Retention System *Other

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Not only will it clearly define what work we are doing, but also allow upper mgrs. to see how many of each application type we are processing and then we can break up the processing time averages to correctly reflect which work type is taking the longest to process - Assist us with training > not only for our Team but the applicants as well.

I do know for our Easement Releases and ROW Vacations it works well when the applicant chooses the correct work type.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

We currently read though their documents and the applicant sometimes state what they are requesting in the ROW and that will normally tell us what type.

Then noting the Work Type in the Conditions Box and Description Box.

This is not a trackable search - upper mgrs. are currently looking at ALL License Agreements as the same when they are in fact VERY different and take different average processing times.

Is there anything else we should know?

Currently we are planning to have the additional work added very soon. Transmission Easement - Work Type (adding to LA process) will be as soon as we have an ETA from you all - goal is before October 1st - FY25. Last time I heard sooner the better.

@Nadin-Nader This is in TEST and ready for UAT. It would be good if its tested for full workflow of the permit to check the emails and reports. I tested it. Thank you.

  1. This is only showing up in Amanda not on the AB+C Portal for an applicant to choose. This must be in both places because that will be how the work type shows up in our system or we are still having to do all manual.

Kathy, thank you for testing. @Nadin-Nader I remember this working on citizen TEST portal on sept 13th, and I see not now. But I see this still good on AB+C old TEST portal. Looks like something has changed in new portal. I will check that. Thank you. image
