SMD Work Orders for SBO/Whereabouts - When SBO/.Whereabouts is the Requester, please add a feature in Knack that will allow us to note the following:

SBO Completion Date:

SBO Report Date:

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Our goal is to keep an accurate record of the date SBO completes their overlay or sealcoat, and the date that information appears on the report they provide to us. We will be able to track how long it takes from the time a street is worked on by SBO until the time we enter the markings work order in Knack.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

For now, Jenniffer is adding a note in the Comments section.

• Fix display rules to show SBO Completed Date when the requester is SBO/Whereabouts
• Add new field for SBO Reported Date for both SBO/Whereabouts and SBO/Utility and Concrete repair (not required field)
