On finance SR portal: Subscription/update for all completions of requests from a certain team (ATSD).

It would be helpful for folks to be able to subscribe to the email updates for when a teammate (or certain team) has a request in. IOWs, I would like to see updates on all ATSD requests. If this upgrade is infeasible, we'll work on our own internal process.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

ATSD (and others) will have visibility of updates on a certain Team's requests, when completed.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

8/19/24 Emailed several existing search options for Kaz to consider. If these do not meet the need I will discuss other options with Diana.

Option 1

• Select Service Request tab
• Select Advanced Search/Service Request Jobs
• Select Division
• contains
• Active Transportation or whatever Division you want
• Search
• displays a list of all Service Request with Division Active Transportation

Option 2

• Select Service Request
• Select any of the Service Request statuses
• Not Submitted
• Submitted
• In Progress
• Waiting Approval
• Completed
• In Search by keyword enter Active Transportation or whatever Division you want
• Search
• display a list of all SR's for Active Transportation with the status you selected
