Changes to Knife Report (SS)

Acceptance Criteria

• The following criteria are changes needed to be applied to KNIFE Report (56101) from the ATD Report library.
• The output format of the report needs to be changed to spreadsheet format instead of PDF
• The report needs to pull data from the last 30 days from date of report generation.
• Both of these functionalities exist in the PLATE report (56106) and can be replicated.

Describe the problem.

ROW Engineering would like the following changes made to the Knowledgebase Excavations Knife report in AMANDA (56101):

1. Change from a PDF to an Excel file (similar to the PLATE report)
2. The data needs to be from within the past 30 days (similar to the PLATE report)

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

The report will become more searchable and notes can be added.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

The PLATE Report is pulling the data with expiry date with the range of 30- and 30+ from the current date. That means not just from 30 days old and also the permits expiring in 30 days as well. Is that what required with this report as well?

And please confirm its the 'expiry date' that needs to be looked for to pull the data. CC: @Nadin-Nader Thanks.

@vschandramouli @SubhaShroff @Nadin-Nader No, just the last 30 days and not the next 30 days. The Expiry date also isn't relevant to this report, as this report doesn't have to do with permit expiration.

The only thing we need replicated from the PLATE report is how it's able to capture folders from within the last 30 days.
