[x] Check if NERF was submitted?
[x] Set up password/Reset password (Ask Scott & Matt, if available, else ask CTM help desk (512-974-HELP)

Software Checklist

Ask Supervisor what the new hire will need

[ ] Adobe
[ ] ArcGIS
[ ] AutoCAD/AutoCAD 3D
[ ] BlueBeam

if user wants both (Adobe & BlueBeam), ask why?
[ ] SketchUp
[ ] MS Project
[ ] MS Visio Order software from CTM here

Hardware Checklist

Does the user need a GIS Modeling computer?

[ ] GIS Laptop w/ specialist docking station

[x] Laptop

[x] Power supply

[ ] Docking station

[ ] Monitors

[ ] Keyboard (hardwired)

[ ] Mouse (hardwired)

[ ] MiFi (must be request by the supervisor)

User nor supervisor didn't reach out to any one of us. Will once again cross check with craig on Monday, get to know the status.

Spoke with the supervisor, followed up and checked that the laptop is ready, but the user was not here, informed that we would guide the user to get in and deploy the laptop. Supervisor mentioned that he might be in the onboarding orientation and will collect it tmrw is what he mentioned.
