Create new fees for RW-Film - (LP) (Failed UAT on Test)

• A new fee need to be created in the RW-Film Folder. The Fee details are below.

• Fee Description: Application - Film Permit Application Fee

• Fee Amount: $286, fixed

• Fee insertion logic: Fees need to be inserted along with Tech Surcharge as part of application creation/submission from portal.

• Insert & Run Procedure: Yes, fee needs to be added to Insert & Run and should insert with TPW Tech Surcharge

• Fee Validation in Workflow: Warning needs to display if user tries to issue the permit before the fee has been paid (this functionality already exists for other fees in RW-Film Folder and can be overridden by user)

• GL Account number: 5120-6200-9400-4502

@Nadin-Nader The new fee for RW-Film has been added , it will be inserted when the permit gets created. It is also added to Run procedure menu. Attached screenshots for reference . Ready for UAT on Test

@Lpriya-LIT the tech surcharge is the wrong price i think. The system inserted $17.16, but I think it should be $11.44. I will send you a message on teams.

• Tech surcharge amount wrong
• Everything else is great; paying the fee updated the folder status to Internet Pending as expected.

Update - we use a package procedure to calculate surcharge , In that procedure DSD updated the surcharge percentage from 0.04 to 0.06 . That is why the Tech charge is wrong . Informed Tracy and Nadin about this , we are promoting this card to Prod and then we have to look for a workaround to fix the surcharge issue.

• On test RSN 13400524 the tech surcharge did not insert.
• After payment, the status didn't update to Internet Pending

Customer asked that the fees not be auto billed, so we do not need to do the status automation.

Updates Needed:

1. Update fee to insert but not bill (application fee & surcharge)
2. Be sure the folder status is "Internet Pending" when portal applicant clicks submit
