Explore to see if sign install requests from outside of TPW can be incorporated into Knack (similar to the Banners process)

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Currently, when SMD receives requests to install signs from outside of TPW, the process is solely through email. This process is similar to the Banners request process in that SMD is typically only installing these signs and is not involved in the fabrication. Because the Banners process is completely within Knack, we wanted to ask if this process could mirror what was built for Banners. However, wasn't sure as the requestor would be from outside of TPW.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Currently, the process is only through email. These requests do not come very often but we'd like to explore some other options and are open to suggestions.

Is there anything else we should know?

These requests do not come often so this project can be prioritized accordingly.
