I continue to receive daily phone calls from the alarm monitoring company(Johnson Controls) in response to a "loss of signal/communication". Matt M. has helped with this several times and its typically the legacy phone lines(CTM) or a system reset.

How soon do you need this?

Tyler reset the console and it sent a message. Submitted ticket to CTM to have lines looked at INC0425894

Hi Raymond, Thanks for the update. Was AT&T service restored to both AT&T lines? Is it okay to close the incident now?
