IT Support: [Account Locked] #18849

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Laptop & Jason, D

What's the problem?

User account has been locked and need to unlock it.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have checked on the issue, tried entering all the correct details multiple times, but it didn't work so hooked up to the network and mentioned to wait for 15 minutes to just get the account refresh and it would work.

waiting to get the issue fixed. It keeps on showing as 0% and need to re-check back

User cannot be able to login, says it's a wrong username or password. Requested to reach out to ctm and find out the correct information.
