IT Support: [Issue with Docking, No connectivity] #18855

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Laptop, Dock & Karim, H

What's the problem?

User desk has been swapped out with multiple docks but still the screens doesn't work.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Need to check the connections and setup accordingly.

swapped out the new dock and it worked. Duplicate ticket created.
