IT Support: [User Docking/ Display Issues] #18870

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Laptop, Dock & Karim, H

What's the problem?

Seems to be there is an issue with display's

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have swapped out the multiple dockings, first it worked, then later tested it many times, it is not working at all. Power cord, charger and the new dock has been replaced but still the issue couldn't be settled.

Checked downloading the drivers, dell command update has been done, but still the issue exists, hooked up new dock and it worked.
