I want a spatial representation of Concrete Work completed in Maximo. I would like to see these Maximo work orders associated with a sidewalk asset. Sidewalks do have a geospatial dataset that can be used. Note: I have brought up this idea with the Maximo/GIS team.

Met with DTS Apps Diana and DTS GIS Andrew to review needs and MVP for project.

Questions

• is there an asset, or only service address? How would mapping flow?
  • maxprod sidewalk is there per andrew. one has concrete identifier
  • we have service address codes that could map the asset numner
  • FME connect from Maxprod to push to arcgis online (sidewalk dataset)
  • maximo to connect to sidewalk in maxprod 1. workflow
  • allow both to be updated at the same time.
• what dataset is chris using? using the maint which gets pushed up to arcgis online. -"gismaint" while be what chris is using and updated nightly.
  • GIS, dev (maint), test, prod(datamart)

how to test:

• [x] export of conc work orders for gis to test joining - provided to GIS Andrew for SBOCONC
• [ ] addresscode,assetnumner,assetlocation,serviceaddres (is an asset needed)
• [ ] does the standard export have the files you need? need additional columns? we amy have to create a report that pulls those.
  • [ ] Andrew received dataset. Informed he will investigatie using the existing SBO Work Order dataset in datahub. I advised that we could use that, but we need to provide additional mapping needs to Data Science to pull in more fields. Currently not comprehensive enough to capture, Ganesh and Rebekka are reviewing Maximo DB to determine which tables/columns are needed.
