Reboot was completed and the internet was not down. Tried doing the phone test with the switch and matt mentioned that it was working. Informed the same to team, waiting on response.
Tested my matt, mentioned that red light got populated and phone turned on, hope the issue has been fixed.

What's the problem?
There is some issue with the internet connectivity at few of the desks, need to do a hard troubleshoot.
What did you do to resolve the issue
Have checked don the network connectivity, tried replacing the cables through other switch, which was active, raised a request to CTM team then virtually a reboot has been done, several switches through new cables have been moved, checked multiple times in data room but didn't work. CTM team after the reboot mentioned they would need to swap with a new switch but before going ahead they requested us for another hard reboot and provided the schedules according to traffic. Finally, the reboot was scheduled for today evening around 7pm as there would be no users and would be having less traffic for tmrw just in case if the internet is down. Informed the CTM team member to let us know once the reboot is done, if possible, can get down to location and check if the internet is working good.
