AGOL - September 6, we lost access to the "Sidewalk Rating" layer in ArcGIS Online maps #18953

Describe the problem.

Hi there,

On Friday (September 6), we lost access to a layer in one of our ArcGIS Online maps (https://austin.maps.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=a6b2e514f52045ffb2082a89085d5071). The layer is called Sidewalk Rating. When I go to the properties tab to try to open the page details, I get a message saying, "The item you requested cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL." I don't see any error messages in the map saying the usual 'cannot load all layers'. I am not sure who owned this layer before and cannot check the details page to confirm, but is it possible this item got deleted? I checked the PWD_Publisher account recycling bin and it was empty. Most of my team was out on Wednesday - Friday at a conference, so I don't believe it was any of us, but I will ask around. Let me know if you need more info.

It appears this data may have been deleted from AGOL. Since both fields are included in the sidewalk service being published from Maint it was recommended to user that the AGOL service be pulled into the map and symbolized by veg/non veg rating to replace the layers that were deleted
