Send Flex Field 2 non 4QACOMP Notification to MAXiMO Users #19025

During discussion with BRIDGES we found they were unable to edit any work orders assigned to them from DIST due to them being assigned in 4QACOMP status. SBO BRIDGES and DIST are meeting internally to discuss handling. In the meantime, DTS will:

[x] Draft Flex Field 2 non 4QACOMP Notification to MAXiMO Users
[x] Review with DIST and BRID
[ ] Send Flex Field 2 non 4QACOMP Notification to MAXiMO Users
[ ] Coordinate a meeting with DIST and BRIDGES to ensure they have standards in progress and/or to assist in creating.

Project Coordinators not experiencing or aware of this being an issue.
DTS Maximo will send to workgroup leadership (SI and SV) to decide if they would like to send out.

patti currently not seeing them her portal.
sent email to Junior for example work order, pending feedback.

[ ] edits to change modification document, send to dist and sbobrig

Sent email to DIST and SBOBRID to review portlet to ensure proper handling. Concerns around reassigned using4 status blocks edits.
