Passport and SSC are only for if the applicant selects "No" on US Citizen question. If the applicant selects "YES" they should only need to provide their current state ID or DL.

• Need to change the table views because the table views will update based on "yes" or "no"
• Will also need to change the equations on the back end because of calculations for documents needed
• Update the required documents language to align with the how they answer "yes" or "no"
• No backfilling or altering of previous records

Please do this work in Test before pushing to production

In Test environment

• view 88 and view_151 added citizen status doc is not citizen status doc
• update only the test js code for big buttons to work because I accidentally made a test record in prod

Current equation for Count Uploaded Required Documents

• Created new field VALUE_Is US Citizen with yes/no conditional rules
• Moved field above the equation (very important to move it for ordering)
• Created test record and equation and counts are working correctly as expected

Asked Paul if:

1. If the applicant selects "No I am not a US citizen", do they need to provide an attachment of citizenship status document (The text - "Provide your naturalization certificate or US Passport, and SSC")?

   Yes (if they select Yes, they should just provide their state ID)

2. Also is it both (certificate or passport) AND SSC? Or is it certificate or passport or SSC that is required for attaching?

   Any of the 3 can be attached or provided.

Tested the functionality in the test instance. There was a small issue triggering the "Review" button, but I contacted @susannegov and she was able to update her formula to make it run.

The updated app works as can be pushed to production
