MVP prototype of inspector work orders

Brian C has asked that we revamp this request for inspector work orders and look at creating a super basic MVP for AMD inspectors to incorporate completing tickets in the field.

• We have discussed mirroring it somewhat to the Signal Engineer work orders:

• Scheduled meeting for Friday 9/20/2024 to discuss with Brian and Scott.

• Add Has TK? field with multichoice options (Yes/No)
• Create Work Performed Inspector multichoice field with the following options:

  Meeting with Austin Energy
  Meeting with Contractors
  Meeting with Consultants
  Meeting with COA Staff
  Inspection - Developer
  Inspection - TxDOT Signals
  Inspection - Bond Signals
  Inspection - AMD Signals
  Inspection - Beacons
  Inspection - Knock downs (maintenance work order)

• Notify to create asset (check box)
  • In desciption, include Created for inspector work orders

Form Build

• Copy the Engineering Work Orders as the base
• Add Work Performed Inspector field
• Remove Work Performed Signal Engeering field
• Add Task Orders field to the form
• Add Notify to create asset
  • Set rules to send email to Jorge (or MMC - let's figure it out) with link to work order and high level details. Request to create the asset.
• Add TK Request for Knockdown
  • Set rules to send email to PMT inbox !--amdprojectrequest@austintexas.gov-- notifying that a TK needs to be created
    • For future: change this to set rules to generate project intake request for the PMT team

Asset Types

• There are a lot of AE related assets they work with so we might need to think about adding Illumination/Electrical Source
