I have tried to separate each process and write out the updated email templates since cannot be fully verified / pass or fail. I cannot see same things that I saw before to verify if it was fixed – I can only see Easement Release & License Agreement resource email(s).
Per my conversation with Vishwa last week it was suggested to update the auto email wording prior to this ticket being finalized. Since this cannot be fully verified for 2 of the processes, and the link for the AB+C portal needs to be updated on all 4 to match your update portal from ticket 17691. Requesting the email to be updated at the same time seems fitting at this moment.
If not, please let me know.
I have highlighted some of the differences with each email template that will be different for each process.
Please remove the highlights before going to PROD.
Please don’t copy this same template for all processes it varies some.

Since this is still being worked on, please update email for Easement Release to the following.
The review process has been completed for your Easement Release and a copy of the Master Comment Report is attached in the email.
If you have ANY rejections, your application has a four (4) week deadline from the date of this notice to resubmit required documentation. The Easement Release Application will be terminated if no attempt is made to clear ANY and ALL rejected comment(s). All required documentation must be received by the deadline. If all comments cannot be cleared, your application will be terminated. A new application and application fee will be required for any terminated applications.
It is imperative to communicate with our division on a regular basis to avoid application termination.
If no rejections exist, your file is ready is ready for backend review. You will be notified by email with next steps.
