We need to locate and stop this: A7 Auto-Opened A New LM File That Is Not Correct, Auto-Attached it to a Site Plan File, and Auto-Emailed The Customer Saying They need to submit an application, giving them the file number, which is not accessible to LM in a standard way. I'm attaching a copy of the email sent to the applicant and the incorrect appearance of the file in A7. Per Kathy she has tried to correct a file like that in the past and it was a waste of time and that the file never functioned properly. (Tracy should be able to locate a copy of the email in her email, by searching for subject line "Uptown Frontage - Land Management Application Required)
2 Examples - File #s where this has happened (no way to know if A7 sent an auto-email to the applicant on 2024-096197 LM, but the file looked the same as the other one when Deb saw it before she closed it): 2024-127133 LM 2024-096197 LM
Serious Problem Because of the Following: Regarding: 2024-096197 LM - applicants told Deb they submitted this file but it was not submitted and we were not notified, The file was not locatable by us without the sequence and year. If the applicant had not emailed us we would have never known they thought they submitted an application. This is a huge problem and it may cause a lot of complaints and unhappy customers.
