Testing current version of new feature classes that will feed Coordinate from AMANDA.

[x] These feature layer should be getting pushed to production soon, check for them as well as spot check for current data.

[x] Also Test out creating a Hosted layer view of a feature service to share with Coordinate to see if visual setting on layers carry into the viewing within Coordinate.
