I emailed CRIS support:
It was previously possible to configure a CRIS extract request with a processed date in the future, which would result in a recurring extract request.
As shown in the attached screenshot, I am no longer able to submit an extract request with a future processed date. Can you help me understand the correct way to create a recurring extract request?

I emailed CRIS today to ask for an update on this issue.
I also logged in to CRIS to verify that we're still experiencing the problem. We are 😞
we received an update from CRIS. if their release stays on schedule we are looking at losing our recurring extract for at least a few weeks when it expires on 12/31 :/
This update is set to be Release 29, which would be Mid January.
I replied
We currently have a daily recurring extract which will expire on 12/31. Would there be any way to extend this extract so that we can continue normal operations into the beginning of next year?
