RW-Temporary Valet: Fee can't be manually added (LP) - (On PROD)

Two missing RW-Temp Valet Fees are missing.

1. 50205 Valet Temp - Usage Fee was removed on 18695 and shouldn't have been
2. 83494 Valet Temp - Application Fee why was this removed?

Describe the problem.

RW-Temporary Valet: The temporary valet permit fees were not calculated after all processes were accepted & approved. Additionally, the ability to manually add new fee "Valet Temp - Usage Fee" via Insert is missing. Only the application fee can be added in this manner.

This may have been caused by #18695.

• The fee documentation the devs used to inactivate fees doesn't include these fees, but there is a ticket for the removal of them, it seems. 18695
