Updates and Scoping Notes

Met with Junior to discuss the scoping needs and details
Junior confirmed the reports in MAXIMO were ran, but concerned they are missing something.
Scheduled scoping sync at noon with DTS and Requestor
ETA for report completion EOD 10/4/24

To find "Sidewalk" repaired work orders, we will use: Problem Codes, Failure Code

To find Materials, we will use: -- calling for anything "asphalt" in description
