SBO + DTS Team,

After meeting with Jim and Pirouz this morning we need to pull two sets of data related to sidewalks. # 17 has already been routed but need help with # 15.

  1. How many sidewalk repair requests do we receive per year? a. @Ramirez, Baldomero please work with Justin, Areli, Dave, Paige, and/or DTS team to pull all reactive sidewalk repairs submitted. No need to sort/categorize at this point but we will in the future. b. Look at 1-2 years data (FY23 + FY24 or something similar) c. I will submit another ticket in KNACK for this.

  2. List of sidewalk locations we’ve repaired with asphalt over the past 5 years. a. Email already sent on this.

Thanks all for the help with this CMO request. I will upload into the shared document once we have these. Ideally we have this today or COB Monday so we can compile into a single response.
