Create a new Emerging Projects map for the East Austin area. Richard will be sending me a list of the current projects. Will add an image of the area they are want included in the work area.

3/3/21 Update

Speaking with Laura & Maria, we're not sure if this is still needed. Would need to ask Richard.

@TracyLinder I originally worked with Betty on the first Emerging Projects Map, and Richard took over when Betty retired. I think this just hasn't been a priority since OSE hasn't been working on Special Events at all with COVID.
