HR Digital Interview Adding Posting Details #19369

There is one area that seems disjointed

When the Recruiter is adding information for the Posting some of the information is entered from Edit Hiring Information page and some is entered from the Posting Management page

Steps I used as a Recruiter

To complete the Posting Information I have to use the Posting Management page

If the Recruiter could enter all of the Posting Information from the Edit Hiring Information page it could be cleaner. The Posting Management | HM page could then be just for HM to edit/approve items specific to them

From the Posting Management page.

Did you want those fields also editable to the Recruiter?

Hi Tina,

I have a question about the Milestone: POSTING - Posting analysis sent to Hiring Manager that is used on the Vacancy Report. Can you tell me what happens when this milestone is used? Is the Posting Analysis information send to the Hiring Manager via email? Does the Hiring Manager provide approval or corrections via email?

It would be helpful for us to better understand this process.

Tina replied

We used to email hiring managers a posting analysis form that they would complete, and then we would build the posting from there.

We don’t use those forms anymore; we typically email the hiring manager the last posting (in WORD format) that was used for that particular title and ask if they have any changes to the following areas; Notes to Applicants, Preferred Qualifications and Posting Questions.

We still use that milestone when we first send the hiring manager the previous posting for review and edits. They sometimes send us the edits in an email or will make edits to the posting we sent to them.

To further this explanation, the Posting Analysis is part of the official hiring package, but HR builds the form on behalf of the hiring manager. We build it from the data Tina mentioned below.
