Help User Greg G. with File Explorer Syncing

Describe the problem.

In my File Explorer, Shared Folders from the SBO SharePoint are no longer syncing to the actual SharePoint. There hasn't been any error message to indicate this. I just noticed that files I've been adding via File Explorer are not on the SharePoint when I check from a web browser.

Looking at the dates, it seems like they went out of sync last week.
