10/25/24 - Follow up meeting notes

• No updates on the vendor/contracts integration - set up internal meeting

• No updates on the Location Code list - Jon also has a list he is reviewing. He will take the lead on working on a updated list

• Discussed different options for improving training Jon is working on new quiz questions The idea of a annual refresher quiz is probably not a good idea - would not go over well with users - too disruptive Diana showed different training options: Gitbook Help Guides, Scribe videos, step by step videos. They will continue to think about the best way to move forward

• [ ] They provided some language for the PR Title Guidelines - update was made Subject should include Vendor - Item/Project/Purpose

Other enhancement request came up during the meeting:

• [ ] Request message to use the DTS Service Request for new Software Purchases
• [ ] Request the ability to search Comments in PR's with link to the PR
• [ ] Add TK field to the Items table
• [ ] Update the Contract Agreement field display/ remove vendor code, add contract number
• [ ] Make Vendor Contact information a Required field
• [ ] Add NOTE to Vendor Contact field instructing users to Check Edit Vendor List or Add Vendor
• [ ] Fix bug with Purchase Request Decision, the Assign To drop down is not displaying the full list only the current Assign To
• New Approval Levels - $3000 Superintendent approval. This will require some effort. Created new issue #19604
