Add "Created Date" to "Communications - Close Work Order" email #19541

Diana, Is it possible to add the Work Ticket Creation date on these emails that get sent out. That will allow an easy way to determine if a recent or old ticket is being closed without needing to click into the work ticket details.

Yes, I can look to figure out where this email notification is bring generated and see if I can add the “Work Order Created Date”.
