Add availability calendar to Street Banners Program Portal

Currently we can see existing reservations in the application, but we don't have a good way to search for availability. E.g.

• Look up when a specific location is available
• Look to see what locations are available within a given date range.

Note that we are only storing start dates and end dates right now.

@moorerst this is actually different, this was exploring a customized product for the Street Banners group. So they can actually see available slots of time/locations versus seeing only "booked" times/locations which is what we have currently.

We are not going to make any additional enhancements to the application at this time. Will icebox this issue for now until we determine if it needs to be a future enhancement.

  • [ ] turn off function, calendar should NOT be editable, just viewable
  • [ ] turn off function, to allow new form inputs from the calendar

• Had to add new connection on banner_reservation_ots to banners_over_the_street_location
• Was able to build out table of OTS locations
• new details page to show calendar for OTS Locations
• However,
  • Staff would need to enter the location on the Application
  • Staff would need to enter Install and Removal of OTS locations

Learned

The issue was that this configuration needs to be checked (referenced SMD "Manage Calendar")

  • table of LPB Districts
• Connected it to the banner_locations object (right beside the old "Districts" (MC) field)
  • Would want to replace the field on the customer form so they can select it on that form
