Process: OCE staff will add Plant in the producer page filling out the information (* is required). Plant Status is set to “Active” when adding new plants. The plant type is set to “HMAC” or “Concrete” depending on the Producer “Category” field (Asphaltic/Concrete/Stockpiles. If stockpile, No plant table/plant form is displayed on the producer page)

Process: OCE Staff would just need to have "Certification Expiration Date" field filled out, the system will generate the 30 day notification date and 60 day notification date. An automatic task at 7AM will run if the notification date matches the today's date. If the certification date is blank, no notification will be sent.
Is the email notification Sent To authors correct? I assumed it would be to pwdocematerialreview@austintexas.gov and the person who created the plant record as an OCE staff.
